In this position you will be working as the personal assistant of the director of the company and assist in office tasks according the daily needs

Job description:

• Email correspondence in english & french according the needs
• Preparation of excel files
• Assistance in organising influencers, photographers during the year
• Assistance in staging the hotel for shootings
• Storage of documents
• Different price comparison
• Assist with divers preparation of documents
• Monthly stock counts
• Join meetings and write minutes
• Assist with errands
• Control of daily payments and follow up emails
• Follow up emails according to excel files
• Daily work in our reservation system to keep updated
• Travel for work from time to time

Your profile:

• Work experience in a similar field for min. 2 years
• Hospitality degree
• Business level written and verbal communication in english and French any other language is an asset
• Able to work in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)
• Financial understanding
• Driver licence
• Moroccan nationality or from any other country with a valid work permit for morocco
• Motivated to work, discreet person, well presented, high verbal skills

Conditions:
This position will take place in the office of the director as well as other locations depending on where the director is working (multiple offices) around the Agadir area.

Local contract, permanent with CNSS. Monthly salary according experience. Please note we can only consider Moroccan citizens or if holder of a valid work permit.

Content Creator

Work Place: Taghazout – Morocco

In this position you will be responsible for creating new content for our social media channels and homepage. You will create videos and reeks who showcase the beauty we are surrounded by. We are looking for a young ambitious and creative head with his/her own equipment for working.

Job description:

• create a new promotional video for our location in Taghazout and bring out the Surf, Yoga & Boutique style hotel vibe
• create a new promotional video for our Yoga & Meditation Retreat centre
• reels about our drinks, food & daily life at the hotel

Your Profile: 

• Successfully completed study in creating short video clips & photography
• knowledge in how to shoot waves for surfer
• knowledge how to create promotional videos
• knowledge in how to photograph static items (food/room…)

You will stand out by your creative character and ideas to create new fresh and trendy content for our business.

Agent de bureau/réservation en office ou comme digital nomad

Description de l’emploi:

Vous travaillerez comme agent de bureau pour nos destinations à Taghazout et Imi Ouaddar. Votre travail principal est de superviser les affaires quotidiennes dans notre système de réservation, répondre à toutes les demandes des clients par email ou téléphone (Taghazout Villa & Villa Surya et Seaside Hotel), créer de nouvelles réservations, vérifier les paiements quotidiens, mettre à jour notre système de réservation (factures, changements de réservations et vols, besoins spéciaux)

Nous cherchons quelqu’un:

Motivé et prêt à travailler dur, accueillant, appréciant de travailler dans un bureau international, expérimenté dans un environnement similaire, une bonne compréhension du calcul des prix, des compétences en rédaction professionnelle, parlant couramment anglais, français et allemand – écrit et parlé (toute autre langue est un atout de préférence marocain), passionné de surf ou de yoga, prêt de vivre une expérience unique, désireux de travailler dans une équipe multiculturelle. Des connaissances approfondies en travaillant dans l’hospitalité et un environnement de surf et de yoga.
